Comparing the backgrounds for the various classes, their backgrounds are all the setting of where the respective meet the videos were made at. This probably means the meet the medic will be based in that very hospital.

The Tomislav is gonna rock so much face.  A faster spinning, silent minigun sounds really fun.  Like the new higher-capacity shotty; that'll be a keeper, alternating with the Sandvich when I need it.  The new spy gear should help my C'nD spy style greatly (should I not screw up the backstabs like I usually do).  If all the classes are getting new weapons, then I hope the Scout will get either a more useful scattergun variant (I always find the stock one too clumsy for my use) or a new pistol type.  That'd be nice.
