I think what he means is that third jump does 10 damage to the heavy, because you know, it's in blue. So why would it hurt you if it's in the positive color?

I'm likin em. Nothin overpowered, thought not a whole lot generally useful either. New rocket launcher's basicly a direct hit with a normal blast radius and one less rocket clip. New shovel only crits while rocket jumping cause... why not? Likin the goomba stomp boots though, as if valve finally got the message "It's fun to jump on people and do damage".

So the Solly gets a new Rocket Launcher that has all the good of the Direct Hit (faster projectile speed) with none of the bad (greater blast radius) and the only drawback of the Black Box (one less shot).  I'll gladly take that; and with a name like "The Liberty Launcher" I won't ever need to rename it!  ;D  The rest of the stuff I can do without, other than the crop, which should be nice to get Heavies into action faster.  I'll never ditch my stock shotgun.

also losing 3 shells is way more of a drawback then less afterburn damage

so nope, ill still complain
