Well, the LL has all the upsides to the DH that I actually care about.  I could never hit anything in midair, and the extra damage was balanced out by the smaller blast radius.

Also, poor, poor Engie getting hosed again.  I figure there's not much left you can do with a defensive-oriented class like his, unless somebody gets really creative.

Edit:  Since game and download servers are probably gonna be packed when the update's released later today, I won't be on until FNF tomorrow, after the initial dust settles.

They have it in the beta. It's a flaregun that only minicrits on burning targets, but lets you detonate it for a small explosions doing little damage but catching things nearby on fire.

Though, you can also flarejump with it, so that's gunna make it tempting.
