It happens in any online game in any online community.

As soon as someone who was once a regular dude gets admin, they will inevitably play less and less until they rarely ever play the game that they received admin for. That person could quite literally play 23/7/365, receieve admin, and within 6 months life will pop up like a mofo and they'll play like 3-4 times a month after that.

Bumping to clarify that teamstacking counts as being an asshat. Seriously it kills servers and isn't fun. If you are a good player do your part to keep the teams balanced and the game challenging or go play somewhere else. This isn't a competition server.
