Went on a random server with Vixxen and one of her friends, wrecked pubby shit for about an hour or so as dead ringer spy (which is a class I don't even play but am apparently good at (that being said I don't hold a candle to our spies)).

137 points, had most points on the server for the last 80% of the map.

Never said I was proud. What I should have said was it was fun.

Pride is cancerous.

Also, you have to realize spy is a class I pretty much never touch, just like sniper and pyro.

I understand, I'm the same way with spy.  I have a grand total of 14 hours played with him, my next least are Heavy and Medic at 28 and 29 respectively, and that's out of 555 playing classes.

And I can totally rock a decent dead ringer spy under the right circumstances.  Especially on the very last point of Dustbowl, defending.  Go up the back hallway, stab a heavy/medic/engie/whoever, get shot, DR, pick up that one metal going into the canyon, repeat.

I've said it before, DR is easy mode for spy, if guys like you and me who just don't touch the class can pick it up and rock out with it.

And its never going to be an intelligent statement.

"Hey guys I never do this, but let me tell you my opinion on how its done."

I joined a random server once to see whether classes were easy or not.

Made up my mind that demo was incredibly easy.

Realized server I was playing on was one of those altered respawn/donater benefit shit places.

It wasn't anywhere near as easy anywhere else.

Lesson? You can't judge a class/unlock without extensive experiance with it.

I used to hate the guys who just sit there with a full charged bodyshot until I realized if I made em miss the first time, they were out of the picture for a long enough while I don't have to care.

If you spent those 14 hours testing, and tried it on other places, it would still be less than informed of an opinion.

Hell if you spent 30 hours extensively testing the DR in comparison to other watches, you would still be incredibly uninformed.

I joined to learn better sniping, and counter sniping against good snipers in a normal game suited me fine

And I've made up my mind that soldier, pyro, heavy, engie, and medic are all also incredibly easy. It doesn't make me any less terrible at TF2.

Lol medic and easy.

Not really. I mean yes you just point and heal at the base of it, but it's a LOT harder to not die when you are less able to defend yourself, it takes some work to get good at timing and such... etc.
