I got banned from CC2iscool for doing the Civilian Heavy glitch.

I think I remember hearing Sakefox warning me to stop, to which I replied "and where's the fun in that?", not knowing or realising that he was an admin.

Needless to say, I was promptly banned. /facepalm

I didn't bother to try and protest the ban, because I could see how I could be in the wrong for glitching, but at the same time, I wasn't exactly ruining the game, either.

you can always protest the ban...just goto the forums and give a post. while yes we ban, we are very lenient on giving second chances. I think to date there has only been one person that protested a ban that wasn't unbanned.

Thank you for being the only person willing to bitch to Valve on the HLDS mailing list to fix months-old glitches. Some of the stuff they've ignored is just ridiculous.

Meh, I kinda agree with the guy. Just from reading that conversation, I certainly don't think he deserves to be called a "dumb cunt". To me, spam means playing sounds a bunch of times. But of course, I used to love mic spamming, so I'm probably not the one to ask. Plus, the anti-authoritarian in me tends to prefer servers with few rules and easy going admins. But if it's your server, you have the right to admin it however you want.

@CopulatingDuck, thanks, though bugs really piss me off and the lazyness of valve is really starting to show. I can't wait till the update because if nothing is fixed i am really going to start bashing them. Also you were following the mailing list it seems, Remember Jdoc, the one that tried to hijack my thread and complained...yeah he got banned from the mailing list...not that anyone really cares LOL.

@fyre, Yes the definition of spam does vary from person to person, however something that wasn't in there was that did happen, was him and his friend were warned a few days ago by another admin. He just thought since it was a different admin he thought he could start something that wasn't there.

Meh. To me, Lusipurr seemed overly verbose, like smarter than your average troll type.

Seriously, if I was kicked or banned from any random server for any reason, I probably wouldn't bother to object to the admin.  And if I did, I certainly wouldn't make an essay about it. Who would type that much if they were not trying to troll the admin?

I agree that I wouldn't bother making a big deal out of it.  However, I think he just felt (and rightly so, from what I read above) that he was being treated somewhat unfairly and really wanted to have his side of the story told, hence all the typing.  He was a just a bit too earnest .

Again, it's not something I would do, but I don't think he deserves to be called a troll or a cunt for it.
