You must be new to the real world where staff sizes have been cut back everywhere and the remaining smaller amount are now left with the workload designed for more people.

I'm in college, dude. Sorry if it upsets you that I'm a lil impatient on getting an real internet connection after being stuck using my phone's 3g wireless for internet all summer.
