Bottom Tier Admin for Seed Mode

A thought I had the other day.  Caff suggested I take it to the forums.  How would the collective like a low end tier admin position where the ppl in that group could only activate seed mode?  For those who don't know what seed mode is, it's a config (I think HeK wrote it?) that adjusts certain variables like Random Damage spread and a few others to defaults so that we get listed by Valve on whatever that list is.  In short, players get routed to us.  This admin group might be comprised of ppl who play TF2 and have been around a while.  The idea is that we can seed the server with greater ease.  This change only affects one map.  Therefore it goes back to our standard on the next map and must be reset if needed.  In short, we turn seed mode on, invite the friends list like usual, get routed players, and fill the server.  On mapchange we're back to our usual settings with (in theory) a full server.  And quickly.

It has been working pretty well actually. If it doesn't fill the entire server it brings in a few people fairly quickly.

It changes exactly one thing.

The cvar that says damage is calculated 100% based on distance between shooter and shoot-ee gets turned off and damage has a random element to it. Because Valve likes 1 shot doing 13 damage and the next doing 78, at the same range.

I already have basic cvar

You have access to kick, changemap, exec a few configs, chat tools, votes and the ability to password the server, you do not have access to cvars.

Also, you do not. All admins have the ability to execute the config, it's in the same menu as FNF config. You can't miss it.

Other than dmg spread to you need to change the aspect that makes shotgun pellets come out in a perfect square?

also, I'd be much more willing to seed with seed mode added to the bottom tier admin list.

There is no "bottom tier admin list" - you're either on the admin list or you're not, abilities are added selectively. You either have access to execute config files or you don't. You and every other admin do, by the way, it's the reason it was given to you in the first place. You're the only admin thus far to seemingly not able to find it, so you might want to, you know, try looking for it.

If you have the list it is under "exec configs" (should be number 2) then select "seed mode" (should be number 3).
