So I've been sitting on my Haunted Metal for awhile...  I'm trying to decide whether or not it's worth using the 4 Refined on it or not.  I like the Skulls, but not so much the Voodoo Juju.  Thoughts?

[/quote]From what I read, the ones that were gift wrapped when they patched and made them nontradeable, are tradeable. Otherwise its an achievement item and untradeable. I could be mistaken, we ARE talking about the Team Fortress Wiki being my source of info.

They're untradable, ya.  That's my quandary.  I'm happy if I can get one of the Skull hats, but if I get the Voodoo Juju, I'm stuck with it, and wasted 4 Refined in the process.

That's why I intend to make the ax, personally. Especially since if you get the 2011 hat via crafting, you can't edit its appearance if you don't like the set of horns you get.

I guess I should thank the folks I played with yesterday for letting me get the Monoculus stuff - every time I tried on other servers I wound up getting fragged or missing out on everything.  Not that I'm actually gonna use the stuff outside of the Bombinomicon on my Demo and Soldier. . .  but still!  Thanks for being classy gents, BRB,U!

Shoulda hopped on my server while I or HeK were there, people get kicked for that shit. Like no PvP with the Monoculus spawned or bai. I had probably like 50 people thank me over the weekend for running a smooth operation. I spent like 14 hours in my server. >_<

It was very common. I went on several servers and it took me forever until I finally got lucky and didn't get killed by some dick. When I finally got into the part where you are getting the bombnomicon I killed some dick who had killed me the time before. /payback.

Haha, I killed some dick in the underworld. It was just him and me, both scouts, opposite teams, running to the end portal and a gift just so happened to have spawned there. Thing is, this fool didn't know I got in, and I was literally clipping into him I was so close behind him. M1, M1, pass his dead body and grab the present. Read his raeg text and receive my haunted solly boots.  8) 

Best part is, I didn't even care about the gift.

TF2 has made me a bad person.
