I'm in.  Sort of depends on when though.  If I'm around, I'm in for sure (more than tentative).  Christmas Eve is bad, IMO.  I'd say do it sometime on the 25th, or even the 26th.  People are going to be out on Christmas Eve, it's almost a given.  On Christmas itself, sometime past noon or whatever, people are more likely to be home (at least for a bit).  The 26th would get my vote.  Not many people are going to be out celebrating Christmas past the 25th, and more likely to be able to be home.

Friday before FNF works for me.  Put me down for confirmed.
