In celebration of receiving a new job offer, I will be unboxing a lot of crates, and giving away stranges to everyone in the server at the end of the event.

This issue occurs in L4D2 too, and it's intermittent. I've done the basic stuff, like verifying the integrity of the game cache, using performance maximizing configs, and so forth. The more advanced solutions I've found online have to do with port forwarding, which I'm pretty sure I can't do since I'm on a university network. Last time I had these issues was a week or two before spring break and then mysteriously disappeared once I returned, so I'm guessing there is increased traffic once finals start rolling around or that there is throttling going on. In which case I'm probably fucked.
