New (Main) world

I really don't have time to run events or do exciting things in He mc server and it is giving me issues with some of the plugins, so I'm going to add a new main world and set it up for factions. The new world will not have any additional plugins or protection enabled. The mc server is currently 20 slot and if enough people are regular it will upgrade.

With this I intend to start running dev versions of bukkit that support latest mc builds. This means the server may become unstable, but to be quite frank I don't really care about stability anymore.

It will still have registered user protection only though. So new users will still have to register to play.
