TFT - 8/5 - Finally a Custom TC Map

I may or may not have a playtest of starship ready, but it would come after everything else, I won't tell anyone, so you'll have to stick around tonight to find out. Four new maps in addition to one update.

tc_spectre - Finally a custom TC map, and its probably better than hyrdo

ctf_omega_redux - Good looking CTF map, was played on Euro FNF and got good marks

cp_fallout - I just like the name, but its rated fairly well to boot

pl_payback_beta - hopefully like all the other pl customs, this one won't suck

cp_mof_a5 updated to cp_boulder_v1

Custom rotation experiment ends this Friday

So, my friend's a right n00b and he wasn't sure if the materials folder that comes with payback goes within the maps directory or a level above. What a douche!

I never download maps beforehand. I just download maps from the server, it's easier that way.

Don't be an ass, download them beforehand. Otherwise the first 15 minutes of the map are spent with 6 people in-game waiting for assholes to all download the map at the same time. It's no fun when everyone has to wait because you couldn't be bothered to click download.

Ya but see when I download maps it doesn't work. I download them and then when I get int TF2 I still wind up downloading them from the server anyway

Meh. I played some fucking epic rounds of Dicerool, and I have a match in a bit. I'll be TF2'd out by the time TFT rolls around, so I probably won't be there. Will be drinking and thinking about how awesome I am instead.

I thought that was Dave's department?  Have you become a disciple?  Also you doing PBR or is it serious celebrating time and decide on some thing that doesn't look like someone pissed on a highlighter (afternoon water piss not the morning stuff).
