Ummm seriously WTF?

What ending did you get?  The lame ending is lame obviously but the good ending really puts an awesome touch to the end of the game.  One of the best games I have played in 2008

I got the real ending, but what I dont get is you're on the pooper and it says see real ending so I did that.  But it also said see ending, is that different from what I already saw?

Heh, I just finished it about a half hour ago as well. ^_^

Really not sure what to think... It had some really cool character designs, the art style was awesome (except for the really annoying shadows that most cell shaded games have), and the combat was pretty fun at times. I also really liked that Travis made fun of the fighters who had that annoying anime stereotype of trying to find this deeper meaning to life, death, and using it to justify what they do.

However, fighting did get boring far quicker than it should have, the boss fights themselves were a very long and boring grind (coupled with some bosses having cheap insta-kill attacks), and the city of Santa Destroy was a complete waste of space. Seriously, why have this giant city that you can't do anything in? The motorbike is very clunky, you can't really interact with anything, and anything you knock down reappears almost immediately after you pass it. Having a menu system of where to go like in Travis' apartment would have been better IMO.

Would like to help but don't want to spoil for anyone.  All I have to say is the good ending had a lot more substance to it while the bad ending just ended abruptly.

Well no one liked the game for its interface and you're right combat did get boring.  Just things I ignored before and after my assassin encounters.

This shouldn't be a spoiler... but doesn't the good ending have the entire bad ending then a whole bunch more? I never bothered to check. :p

Yeah, and I've heard that Suda51 claims the bad parts were intentionally bad as some sort of parody. If that's true then he's an idiot and a pretentious doucebag, but I'm pretty sure he's just covering his butt. :p

Thing is that it's hard to overlook it when it makes up the large part of the game. I went through it in 14 hours or so, and only a few of those were doing the awesome ranked stages.

Jah I don't hate techno, I actually used to be a big fan.  But, come one you have to admit that most of them seem to have mastered the art of repetition right up to the edge of bearability and then they change it up.

Also spell check wanted to change that to bear ability, which is just awesome on so many levels. (In my mind I'm imagining super bears)
