Who wants to play DOTA on Saturday?

No I am not here to steal people away from Civ4 but I thought I would ask those who weren't playing Civ4.

I've been playing pub games recently and it sucks that every game I join I get owned and my team leaves or me and my team owns and they all just end up quitting.  So I got to thinking "Hey, why not ask the community?".  I am sure that I would get more of a respectable game out of all you guys and would be nice to play with players that I actually am familiar with.

I know Kor, Vandam and some others are familiar with DOTA so we could all teach those who are not familiar with it.

Also, for those who don't know DOTA (Defense of the Ancients) is a Warcraft 3 mod that just focuses on Heroes.  You buy your heroes items and pick specific skills and you and your team tries to take out the other teams base.  Very fun, especially for those who aren't too keen on micromanaging.

So anyone interested?

You need legit for sure on this, all games are done through Battlenet.

Yeah I'm sure I could reinstall to make this happen, but I do want to play Civ4 as well :x

incorrect! you can use battle.LAN, does hamachi even work?

i'd like to try hamachi first and that (ghetto) battle.lan second. mostly because i dont want to add even more networkign progams onto the computer .. >.>

I've had good experiences with Battle.LAN in the past with WC3 and Diablo 2. I can attest to its awesomeness.

I want to play CIV, and for those with a more "active" strategy environment desire, my server is running Natural Selection as a somewhat different strategy game as an option. It'll be running that until sunday.
