Since the post I had so carefully crafted wasn't posted (not my fault, the forum logged me out) I'll give you the short-list.

I'm Joe --- and I'm a little bit crazy,
I was born in Toronto and kind of bounced to and from California, British Columbia, and back into Ontario.
As gaming goes when I was going to and from BC to Ontario every summer, I would rent an N64 the entire duration of it, only to go back home to my Sega Genesis w/ SegaTV (pretty much the first iteration of DLC in a console you'll find, every month a new swack of games would be delivered via the Cable TV hookup the cartridge had, Shadowrun being my favorite, and Bugsy The Cat) Also, starcraft, warcraft 2. I lack the group of friends to play games with, hence I have the preference to lean towards the Multiplayer.

Shadowrun FTW!  The SNES one at least.  Although the Sega Shadowrun was more like the P&P RPG it was less entertaining

Shut up, I had the game.  And back in those days, you played what you had.

Wasn't it a really dodgey platformer?

Sega Channel? That's what it was called back in Texas, but it could very well have been dumbed down for us. Also, yes, Bubsy was a horrible platformer, but not as bad as Awesome Possum, and not nearly as cool as Rocket Knight Adventures.
