I give up. I've tried for a few days to figure this dedicated server out, but the documentation is just fucking abysmal. Furthermore, they have Linux and Windows versions for 3 versions of the game, all zipped into 1 fucking package. Version control is by "date modified," the list goes on and on. PMed a few folks who seemed to know what they were talking about on the forums, they had no clue. Shit's gay.
