It's the queens rule which is pretty much applied.  Any enemy that approaches you with a melee weapon you either leave him be or fight him with melee weapon.

Gentleman Fighters Club rules only take effect if you warn people that you are doing melee battles.  Otherwise its just me trying to saw your face off because I noticed you weren't paying attention, and I wouldn't want to deprive you of your precious weapons .

l think the GFC needs a sticky, or a place on the chalkboard.  There is a steam group explaining the law.

The council will review the suggestion thoroughly, and see how it could fit into the laws. Perhaps between Acts 1 and 2.
