Yeah im still grieving over that.  Just wait though, Italy will make it out.  They can easily beat France and Romania.  I have no clue what their problem was this game but it is something that Italy can easily overcome.

I don't think you were watching the same game.  The Netherlands really put on a great game, but Italy was just scrambling out there.

Even if they beat Romania, they have to get France (who also didn't put up much of a fight today).

Well obviously Netherlands put up a great match but teams can play terrible games.  What I meant was that I have faith that it was just a terrible game for Italy and hopefully they get their act together the upcomming matches.

I never expected that we would so fully dominate Italy, god NL played a good game... We might actually win this whole affair if we keep playing like this...

Yeah you can but if you face Italy again don't expect Italy to roll over that easily for you.  Plus, despite the fact that the other 2 goals were pretty nice, that first goal Van Nisteroy was way offsides.  But thats in the past already....

Well, the offside rule is pretty complex but very needed because the sport would start to resemble tennis if it wasn't there... people would only do long passes past the defense.

All the extra complexity is added to kill exploits...

Well this week should be good.  Besides seeing Italy turn things around I can't wait to see Spain play again.
