basically I have a credit of $282.33 that is transferable to anyone that will be/ wants to buy a ticket with westjet.
would be a shame to let it expire , problem is its only enough to do a one way trip

Only for a one way trip?  Honestly most airlines charge hardly anything extra for round-trip and sometimes they will even charge more for one way.  It's like harder for them or something.

Also if you are going one way get ready for a full body cavity search.  I had to get two 1-ways when I spent a summer in LA (they only do roundtrip for a max of 3 months and I was 3 months and 1 day).  You immediately get marked as a probable terrorist when you go 1-way, I guess they think terrorists are cheap.

Also funny story, on my way back from LA the airline I was riding on declared bankruptcy and canceled all flights.  I saw this on the news walking up to my gate :o.

and westjet is a oneway airline, if you want to do round trip you buy two one way tickets , they cost the same coming and going.

Have you seen the PC room at PAX?  And they have the option to BYOPC there too of course.
