With regards to buying The Ship, my favourite Best Buy overstock reseller has several copies up for bid over the next 12 hours or so.  Minimum $3.99 bids on these, but shipping is Free, and I don't imagine the bids will go terribly high.  I've bought a significant number of games from this seller, and the vast majority of them have worked out great.

Just do a search for The Ship, or look at whatever else they got.

I'd ask for some kind American to maybe procure and then send them to any needing foreigners, but with the shipping cost of that shipment and the extra time might as well just buy it off Steam.

All retail Valve games and a number of third-party games can be registered to your Steam account. All of the following games can be registered through Steam:

    * The Ship CD Keys in this format: 1AB2C-D3FGH-456I7-JK8LM-NOP9Q

So all you Canucks can pay someone to buy the game for you and message you the CD Key. Then you can register it with steam (and subsequently download it *I think* since it would then be listed as a game you own; no need for ISO's). That being said, ordering today would not likely get the CD Key to said purchaser in time for THIS Monday (also, I have yet to receive my copy  )
