Gotta love peanut satay, best food ever.

Can't remember quantities of ingredients sorry as I just make it from how much I know is right.

Recipe:

Code:

Melt butter in a saucepan, then add thinly sliced onion and crushed garlic. Cook until onion is soft but not brown. Then add chili powder.

Next add water, then bring to boil and add extra crunchy peanut butter. Adjust quantities until you have a smooth sauce.

Finally add soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and sugar to taste.

Serve with rice or fried noodles and stir fried vegetables. This goes very good with chicken or pork kebabs.

Another of my favorite foods is small pieces of chicken breast wrapped in strips of bacon, then grilled. This goes very nicely in a sandwich of tomato, good cheese and sourdough bread.

And finally my favorite snack food is a brand of Indonesian instant noodles called Mi Goreng.

From what I understand it is only certain areas the fish can be dangerous from, I don't think Japan has as much of a problem.

Try Kiev. Same procedure as Cordon Bleu, but you use butter and chives instead of cheese and ham. It doesn't sound as good...but damn is it just as delicious, to me at least.

I thought that was something you did when you wanted to lose your apetite?  Seriously though, I could count the times I've eaten at a chain fast food resturant in the last year or two on one hand.  And now that I'm moving to Portland, I will NEVER have to eat at anything but local resturants again.  It's so ridiculous these days too, because fast food is barely any cheaper than something from a good local place now.  I remember being at a Jack'n'the Box once and meals were $6-7!  That's the price of a lunch special at any local Thai place!

I just went to a Hamada the other day (its like a benihana(spelling?)) and had the special:  Lobster and Steak with some Udon noodles and vegetables.  And a bowl of white rice.  Man it was good eating.
