Ugh, humidity? Arizona is hot, but it ain't got nothing on summers by the ocean. Summers here, in Florida, and The Valley in Texas are much worse than I remember Arizona being. :|

Summers by the ocean aren't hot at all. You get that breeze. I loved the summers in jacksonville compared to the summers in NYC, Charlotte, or New Orleans. FUCK IT IS HOT IN THOSE PLACES. Especially in NYC, cause you get that lovely stench too! I LOVES THE OUTSIDE SMELL.

I want to move to Arizona for the shear fact that I'm lazy and I hate yard work. I hear all that's required of you in Arizona is to rake gravel once in a while. No lawn mowing, no snow plowing, no raking leaves.. I'd trade those in for some dry heat any day

Well, it can't be as bad as our record for longest drought: 139 days!

You can call it a condo if you like.  The point is - urban high rise living doesn't involve lawns.

Then again, be careful if you are buying in the current market, the bubble has yet to burst in all locales.

I'll be there from July 13th to the ... 26th I think. HeK is going in for some work training and I'm done school, so I'm going with him, see some sights.
