build me a CPU cooler that is not susceptible to high ambient temperatures ... we dont all have central air.

The 9800 i am going to have to asume, gets hot like hell. so if you are an overclocker like myself, you would want a better cooling than stock heatsink.
How many of you have watercooling in their pcs?
