Listen to music during StarCraft? Â Hell yes. Â
Listen to music during TF2? Â .......Are you nuts? I've never understood "radio stations" on some servers. Â I tried it once and couldn't wait to turn it off after a few seconds. In regards to the song that plays on your link, there: ultimately not to my personal taste, but it might grow on me. Â Heh, not the best example of TF2 accompaniment, to be sure, because I think it'd either be the song or TF2, and they'd fight to the death for one's ears. |

The music is not bad by any means. It's just that during a game like TF2, i prefer to hear what everyone is saying and whats going on around me.

I usually put some Black Sabbath or Iron Maiden on the stereo, but don't really turn it up.

Replace the nickleback sound with hardcore and you've got a fan.

music on a pub server doesn't really work. considering the fact I stay on this server because I love the people on it, I actually want to hear them, not music.
Edit: After havening listened to the music though, I actually really like it. I was scared clicking the link "Please don't be metal, please don't be metal, please don't be FUCKING metal." So at least it wasn't metal ;D Edit2: Listening to the other songs: #2 worked on my nerves, to much screaming. 1,3, and 4 were cool. Number 4 was a BIT to slow. 3 and 1 were my favorites. Overall I think concentrate less on screaming, more on singing. I know the whole "screamer metal" shit is "in" right now but I fucking hate it and considering your lead singer can actually... uh... SING.. It's unnecessary imo.

Music during tf2... nah. I want to hear the people I play with and footsteps etc...
Besides I don't like 99.9999% of rock... Signature temporarily out of order until I get off my lazy ass to fix it. |

I like screaming when done in the right amounts and without getting all whiny. Still haven't heard it, my computron is broke and I'm using mostly soundless computers. But my thoughts on screaming is it's like flowery prose in your writing, in the proper amounts it's delicious and really helps the narrative and lets you get more into it. Too much and it's like oh god fuck you Dickens.
In short don't be like Dickens (unless you are paid per scream). |

Fuck Dickens. I still remember being forced to read Great Expectations in 9th grade. God it was terrible. |
