It actually is semi-organized.  Bottom-middle is for programs I use a ton.  Bottom-left is for multiplayer shooters.  Left is for MMOs and normal games.  Top-left is for working related programs.  Top-middle is my Dad's games and links I really don't need.  Top right is emulators.  The rest of the right side are little games that I don't play a whole lot.  Middle are games I still need to finish. 

And yes, I do clean out my harddrive every now and then.  Last week I deleted about 50 gigs of .ISOs.

But doesn't having all that stuff on you're desktop slow it down? Or are they all shortcuts?
