"Second, we have directed the continued and increased close surveillance of Valve and its Heavy update, and should this update continue towards a sandvich-eating capability, further action will be justified.  I have directed the Armed Forces to prepare for any eventualities.

"And third, it shall be the policy of this community to regard any sandvich eaten by a Heavy attacking upon any official or custom map in the server rotation as an attack by Valve on the BRB, Uninstalling community requiring a full retaliatory response upon the offices of Valve."

So for the achievements, I think valve has done a great job of making them realistic in regular play.  Except this one,

I don't know, I always run out of ammo. Ask Caffeine, for he's often much Heavier than I.

In the "Meet the Heavy" video, he says each bullet costs $200. So, it would take a thousand bullets.

he says it cost 400.000$ to fire the weapon for twelve seconds, so 200$ might be... i dunno

200 'ammo units'. If you look at the bullet spray, each one is actually 4-5 (or more, i haven't counted) bullets.

Well, then it would be 900 rounds in ~21 seconds, but it would then depend on if Valve's statistics monitor checks that or the "ammo unit counter".

Adjusted for inflation in today's day and age to fire the Heavy's weapon for 12 seconds will run you back about $2,500,000. That means that it takes a little less than one second to reach $200,000.

Correct.  Keep in mind that Team Fortress 2 was set in the late 60's.
