Meh if you're so impatient just go with Joomla.
If you need a designer for anything I have some experience. I've place in the PA computer fair for web design... it's a statewide contest for high school students.

Well, I wouldn't touch Joomla with a 10 foot pole... They had some UGLY security vulnerabilities which make me doubt the developers competence...

Let me do all the tech stuff... I know what I'm doing and we might get a very nice CMS out of it...
