This game reminds me of the Simpsons Arcade game. It doesn't seem like it's going to get stale for me anytime soon, plus there is supposed to be like a bejesus load of unlockable characters.

I'm kind of tired with it, but there's still tons to keep bringing me back. I only have about 1/4th of all the characters, so I'll come back every now and then and unlock a few here and there.

Yea there are plenty characters to unlock but they all play similar. Granted they aren't clones but they aren't very different. |

Heh, I actually bought this at the Behemoth booth at PAX. It was something they said was a last minute addition on Saturday or Sunday (forgot which day) and they didn't advertise. Cost $15, so same as it would've if I got it on XBLA, and it came with a limited print medallion. Mine is actually numbered 1 of 1000, so I guess I was the first to find out about it.
Pics forthcoming.  So everyone is fighting over the Green Knight? Bummer... Maybe I'll start up with the White one then. Green dude is only level 10 or 11 so I won't have to do much rebuilding. fyi for you exp. whores.
Go on insane mode, have the boomerang, go to the catfish boss, throw the boomerang behind him and make sure the boss gets between you and the boomerang before the boomerang starts coming back. It'll get stuck on his back and do a constant barrage of 1 damage to his back. just hold your shield up and don't get knocked off whatever you're floating on. In CC, exp. is calculated on hits, not damage, so the constant 1 damage hits will both barely kill him, and it will send your exp. bar skyrocketing. Also, don't let the boomerang kill him or it will make the game freak out and crash. Just kill him with a sword when he's on the ropes. Get to it before they patch it! I got from level 47 to 62 in about an hour. |
