the .pdf basically compares cig prices across canada, as of april 2008. At least, price per carton, which in Manitoba is $91.30 and in Ontario is $74.54.

I met up with Sweater and he just kept critting me in the face. So I rage quit Montreal for life.

I drove into Hull once. It smelled funny and people drove worse then they did in Winnipeg.
Booze was cheap so I loaded up and went back to Ottawa.
