OK so a wasp nazi came out of no where and nailed the shit out of my arm, literally drew some blood. This is like my first wasp sting. What do I need to watch for JIC I'm allergic? Also any tips?

I think I'm fine the whole area is turning red but it isn't really swelling so much, I put some hydrowhatchamacallit on it. Also I don't think I'm allergic.
