[WTF Joel]

The V.O.S.A. was originally intended to be the sequel to TF2 Randomness, but since then, has grown forth into its own project. V.O.S.A. is going to be a compilation video of many skits and other such activities preformed by members of this community. Unlike our videos before it, it will consist of many games that we all frequent, and not remain limited to Team Fortress 2 (IE: Garrysmod, HL2DM, Hidden, Zombie Panic, Jaykins Bacon, etc).


Thus far, many ideas have been kicking around. At the moment, we already have the intro to the video planned. For this, we will be recreating, to some degree, the intro from the animated movie "Heavy Metal" where a car is dropped from space. (Can be seen briefly HERE.)

Another idea is to do a Metal Gear inspired skit, where Snake (Scout) will have to battle it out with one of the bosses (Heavy) after a rather weird codec call with Colonel Campbell (Engineer).

We also are thinking of a Back to the Future skit.

An Evil Dead skit.

Statler-&-Waldorf skit, "Capture the control point'?  At this point, I'd be amazed if they could capture my attention!  OHHH, HO HO HO HO HO!!"

Spray War Skit.

We need to have a segment on Zombie Master Tetris.

Get a bunch of us on zombie panic source as zombies, and then dance to Thriller

I imagined a trailer like "IN A WORLD, WHERE EVERYBODY WANTS ONE THING, ONLY ONE MAN, CAN DELIVER"

As soon as we get enough ideas out on the table, and planned out the shots, the finer details will be added, including film dates, and actors. So help us get some fresh ideas rolling!

I have an idea for a TF2 skit.

Ok, we go to the bridge area on Warpath2 and one of us gets up on the podium-like object (ones that sentries are usually on) and we do one of those law passing things.

Example:
Soldier Judge: All in favor of banning mic spam?
Some people: I
Soldier Judge: All opposed?
Other people and pub scrubs: NAYYYYAYAYAYY.

Except it will actually be funny.

Karth's idea does sound pretty funny. 

It indirectly made me think we should have a "spray war" skit where people keep slapping different sprays down one on top of the other, and it's like a fighting game round.  If a spray doesn't show (i.e. it doesn't get on top), it's like an Alpha Counter.  Towards the end we start laying down porn sprays, furry porn sprays, hermaphrodite furry porn sprays (we'd, uh, probably need to mosaic censor that streak ), and each does more and more damage to the fighters.  Then, as a coup de grace finishing move, the application of the "Are you retarded?  I'm the goddamn Batman" spray.  Or something like that.

Shit, now I have to beat Bioshock so I know what this "Andrew Ryan golf club" thing's about.

Oh, another idea.  I don't know how to get this to work, might need comedy consultants, but... two off-to-the-side players watching a massive battle over a control point while pulling a Statler-&-Waldorf on them.  "'Capture the control point'?  At this point, I'd be amazed if they could capture my attention!  OHHH, HO HO HO HO HO!!"
