wireless connection.. compaq notebook.. windows xp.. connected to the internet and everything is fine.. try to sign in to things but it wont allow me to.. myspace, yahoo, hotmail.. whatever i try to sign into it says connection is fucked and wont load the page but everything else is fine.. please help

What, you can browse to regular pages and what-not, like a wikipedia page, a google page, etc., but when you try to "sign on" to something, nothing works for that?Â

Mr. Grey. Don't know if this would help, but have you tried telling your browser to clear history, empty cache, delete cookies, all that jazz?
I'd even go as far as to uninstall and reinstall the browser just to make it "reset" all its internals. Here's hoping you get it resolved... |

Are you on some sort of campus connection? If you are, mods may have decided to block ports used for logging in.
