Ocarina of Time > Majora's Mask... anytime.

It lasts longer.
OOT's plot is way better than M's M's (a fucking moon falling?).
Although the mask system was good, it didn't beat the young/adult Link one. (And masks annoyed me in the end, taking all my weapons slots)
3 in game days puts too much stress (although it was a lot), that was not necessary in a puzzle-like game like those in the Zelda series.
2 times more temples in Ocarina of Time.
Epona's useless in Majora's Mask, which is a shame.
Ganondorf/Ganon is way more epic as a final boss than the Skull Kid/Mask with spikes.

Your other choices were good, but I don't get why you picked this one over Ocarina of Time, Karth... :-\

Karth's choices right now look fine, too bad Joker can't pick anything that's not on the PS2. Lots of great games on it, but there's a lot better games across other systems
