I have 2 Gb of RAM running vista right now. My dad(Who works at Lockhead Martin as an electronic engineer) recommends that I get 2 more gigabytes of RAM instead of upgrading my processor.
To the point: I want to get two 2 gigabyte RAM cards. What do you guys recommend? Specs: Vista 32-bit Motherboard: Lancaster8 (Couldn't get the model number) 2 x1 gig DDR2 RAM sticks XFX 9800 GT 512mb Intel Pentium E2410 1.6 ghz dual core |

Corsair and OCZ are pretty much the standard for RAM no?

Make sure it matches the same ram timings and preferably company/model of the ram you currently have to maximum win.

I use Corsair. They have a rebate for 2-Â 1gig sticks for 14 bucks. Get it.

What's your processor? Is it 64bit Vista? Corsair, Patriot, Mushkin, Kingston have all been fine by me.
