When I finally, after many long years, finished my schooling, I was bored and decided to fill my newfound spare time with teaching myself rock guitar. I started completely tone deaf (and still am), but I love to drink some beer and play along with records.

The Alesis Micron is a pretty cool little keyboard. I like it's sound over the microKorg/microKorg XL and it's cheaper. The ARP Axxe is a nice single OSC vintage analog synth. I picked mine up for about $250 on ebay. Where do you plan on buying from?

the micron is moar monies i'm just browsing online shops from canada, i don't particularly enjoy ebay.

The Micron is $329USD on Novamusik which comes out to about $400CAD. Not sure if they ship to Canada.
