I'm assuming this is an in-game screen? How does it look just sitting around in the OS without running anything graphically intensive?

I see you turned on thermal mode.
This level of texture corruption is caused by invalid memory pointers. So either hardware issues (most likely video card if you only get it in Direct3D apps), bad/corrupt drivers, bad/corrupt software, etc. |
