if good has less members than evil, the people who choose good will have to change to neutral or evil

Bards can be anything as long as they're not lawful.

Also, I think that as long as there isn't both good and evil characters in the group is OK.
Neutral character can get along with both, and being lawful or chaotic will change roleplaying, but it won't affect the whole group that much.

That said, I say there should be one good in the whole lot of evils that'll be a slave.
