Arena balance: Red vs Blu

Se3veral of the recent updates have been to fix stats tracking on arena. I guess they still haven't fixed it.. :|

No, no. I am pretty sure Red never won on arena_granary and that 1 out of 4 arenas on well have ended as stalemates.
