If you absolutely MUST play one, I might be coerced into going back to Ragnarok Online. The game is as old as time, but I find the 2d isometric gameplay more entertaining than any 3d MMO, and some classes actually take a modicum of skill to play. I think the official version is free to play now, though the leveling rates (like every azn MMO) are abysmal. There are a myriad of private servers for it however...

I have a PvE char on Guild Wars that I got past the ascension thingamajig, but then there's some quests after that to do for a dragon that I ain't done yet. Been a while since I screwed with it.

I used to play Guild Wars, probably be willing to get back into it again, though I gotta say I don't really play MMO's enough to justify picking up one with a monthly fee (WOW, etc).Â

I got GW when it came out and liked it alright... then went to college and stopped playing and gave my acct away, then all of a sudden every1 was already max lvl and i was completely lost, so i had no urge to start over... i'd be into it though if people wanna start, I didn't think it'd last/grow like it did
