I walked dave through it once but now I use iirsi. You just have to set it up to connect to gamesurge which it doesnt have on the list. Go to www.gamesurge.net and create an account and use the java client to get on and talk to people. Maybe then someone can tell you how to set up mIrc.

Go there, click Server, and for the Server Address type in irc.gamesurge.net Give yourself a nick, set the channel to #brbuninstalling and then try connecting.
