He knows all the answers because THAT'S WHAT THE FLIPPING MOVIE IS ABOUT. It's a look back on his life from child to adult, some of the horrible things he'd seen, being separated from his family, it's an overwhelming story.

Different things that happened to him in his childhood. For one of them, it's who is on the 100 dollar bill, and he knows it because he gave one to a blind begging kid who used to be at the same orphanage as him, and the blind kid made him tell him who was on the bill so he knew he wasn't getting ripped off.
Last one is a total guess.

Jeez this is just like the indian kid in my HS, he thought he knew all the answers too.
