We've had some chick in that have liked the server because they don't get hassled for being chicks.  And other people.  Ive gotten some complements when I was adminning alone and for what ever reason they found out.  They were like this server has a really cool atmosphere.

I think putting too much rules is too limiting for both admins and non-admins, it's better to have a general "don't be a moron" rule and let admins judge when someone is over the line. This does take responsible admins though... The only rule I'd add in stone might be a "No Drama" rule as drama really drags a server down...

The spraytrace mod seems awesome, not to see who had that lame-ass spray but also to see who had that awesome spray.

Spray tracer has added a lot of awesome functionality to their plugin as of yesterday, including:

1) Trace a player's spray on any surface

    * The plugin marks which spray is being looked at by a red glow and then displays a menu to deal out punishments.

2) Remove a player's spray from any surface

    * The plugin removes the spray that is being looked at and displays a menu to deal out punishments

3) Spray any player's spray logo on command.

    * Sprays the selected user's spray where the admin is looking.

The punishments including a text warning, a warning and a 5hp slap, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban.

I can sum up the rules the server needs into one line.

"Don't be a douchebag." Or, "Don't be a dick." It works well for a forum I moderate, and it will work well for the server. Instead of trying to identify every possible infraction, leaving room for people to try to work the system. Instead, we have something simple, easy to remember, and easy to work with.

It shouldn't have to be explicit, if the admin on-server thinks its worth kicking/banning for, then they kick/ban for it, simple as that.
