I spent the whole day looking for "Final Crisis", "Infinite Crisis" and "Countdown to Infinite Crisis" because my gf saw "Countdown..." on a local comic book store, i went there and she told me they didn't had it there, so i called my gf and she told me it was on another one that's on the other side of the city, i went there and the cashier tells me that it was a promo only, but she thinks they were selling it on another store, so i go there (3 buses, 45 min), and when i ask the guy on the store he tells me it only comes with an action figure pack that's 60$. I shout "fuck it" and go home, then the guy follows me and tells me that it's going to be impossible to me to find them because they don't sell them in spanish anymore, and because Chileans are such fucktards who doesn't know english (well, they do, but they are too lazy to read something in english) any store is selling them.

I was like :<, and then i went home, at least i bought a Darkseid figure, because anything Darkseid related is awesome.

Go buy some Darkseid figures

Also, i saw a statue, of Darkseid and Superman fighting recreating a Final Crisis scene. It was 300$ but it was SO AWESOME! i'm totally buying it as furniture if i ever have a house

So? Just because they make most of there money from another venue, doesn't mean it's all hunky-dory to steal revue that's legally theirs and their producers'.

That said, piracy doesn't actually bother me that much (except in the case of games, but that's another discussion,) if you accept that what your doing is wrong. It's just when people try to make justifications I get all about it.

I'm of the Vandam school of thought, that being pirate anything and everything you can because 99% of everything is shit anyway. Also, love you Pig Mask but the whole "I pirate everything except X" line is bullshit. Going by forum posts, every gamer is oh so morally sound when it comes to their medium but, surprise, surprise, hop on a music forum and suddenly everyone pirates everything but that.
