I'm of the Vandam school of thought, that being pirate anything and everything you can because 99% of everything is shit anyway. Also, love you Pig Mask but the whole "I pirate everything except X" line is bullshit. Going by forum posts, every gamer is oh so morally sound when it comes to their medium but, surprise, surprise, hop on a music forum and suddenly everyone pirates everything but that. Fuck trying to justify anything and fuck trying to pull this holier-than-thou nonsense.

It's not so much pirating games in general that irks me (I'm guilty of it myself) but that whenever a niche title comes out (especially for the DS) you get a lot of people talking about how it looks cool, so they'll go NOT download it, and then bemoaning later how the company isn't doing anything with the IP, and how unfair it is that it sold so poorly. It's not a moral thing at all, but just a fact that piracy has an adverse effect on games. Obviously it isn't gonna matter if you get a torrent of some old PS2 games, or dl Fallout 3 instead of buying it, but games developed mostly for the "hardcore" market do get hurt, because were the ones who pirate games, not the average consumer, and so niche games sales surfer, as the market there carted for isn't buying them, but pirating them, and then getting upset when more games aren't made for them.

First off, piracy isn't stealing, but that's a whole different debate.

Second, you're pretty butthurt when I wasn't even referring to you. I'm talking about the dude who would rather just NOT read something he really wants than download it. If you wanted to read/watch something that bad, and had no means to access it, I'm fairly sure you (zaneyard) would just say to hell with it and download it. If you don't pirate, that's one thing, but if you're going to refuse to download shit just to be stubborn, you're a moralfag.

When playing Kirby Ultra on the DS, when fighting the Computer Virus... something with the colors... I swear I can perceive depth.  The sprite details and the background, it's like there's faux z layers tricking my eyes.  That happen to anyone else?  btw I'm color deficient
