Movies: makers and shakers.

I'm seeing a lot of talk about recording demos and making movies.
I wanted everyone that's either making movies, or recording demos to send to movie makers to post up in here, so I can make up a nice list of names.

The purpose of this is to get everyone on the same page when it comes to sharing .dem 's and movie making ideas.

I usually record demos when I remember to. Though my most prized demo (with Noompsie) doesn't work.

I have definitely been having fun recording and playing about with demos.  Be happy to make up a quick guide on converting the dems over to compressed avis if anyone is curious.

If you got a demo that you want processed, put it on the internets somewhere and post a link here, I'd say... unless Vandamguy disapproves of such use of this thread.

Here is some demos I recorded today.  There was a noscope battle that was kinda cool but people kept not following the rules.  Bitching ensued.  Then there was a match where we all picked pyro and I thought it would be funny, it wasn't but I did get some footage of me doing some awesome things so its worth a look at.  There was this one part where I stabbed three people and took out a sentry by myself as a medic :o.

Looks like Vimeo will start pulling gaming vids that are not machinima (might want to upload your videos somewhere else just in case they get deleted, like WeGame or captainmorgan =D)

Yesterday: I had just finished smoothing a demo then my game and steam crash. Turn it back on and despite disabling auto-update TF2 updates. fml

Today: I rolled back my TF2 install so that I can watch old demos, it worked flawlessly
