also please tell me you didnt start at the walls and work your way in. you end up with like 5 retarded looking pieces dead center of the floor when you do that. im assuming you didnt and the right hand side is just plywood

This man knows what he's talking about.

The vents are in the middle because the main duct runs there from end to end.

And, no, we started on one side and we're working our way over.  Yeah, that's plywood base on the right.  We're going to have the retarded pieces on the right side when we're going to have to cut 7 or 8 of those darn things in half or something to fit the remaining gap.  Until then, it's butter.  But I think it's about stopping time for today >_>; .  Tomorrow... refrigerator, washer and dryer.  FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU

You get a +1 for knowing how to do practical shit like that.

Oh I forgot...so for the past week or two the fan on my laptop has been super loud...like, I thought the motor was going bad and it was gonna melt my cpu or something. So a couple days ago I thought I would try to clean the dust out just to see if that would help. I used a can of air on the vent with no success. So I took the whole thing apart, display, keyboard, etc. Got to the fan, took it out, and I found this little label inside the fan that had been hitting the blades and making the noise. Pulled it out and my problem was solved. This made me happy (relatively speaking, of course).

Good lord.  You get a +1 for taking apart a goddamn laptop and putting it back together.  Successfully.  I thought if you even look at the keyboard funny on a laptop, it don't go back together right no way no how.

I remember the time when I went to my first con.
I was only there for two days. Saturday and Sunday. Maybe I was there for early Friday. I don't recall that well.

Really, it was a blur. I remember the floorplan that year better than I remember my time there. DragonCon tends to blend together when you go multiple times. But damn, Morrigan sure is hot in person.

I have some crazy childhood memories of too much NO2 and lots of blood.

Blood as in internal hemorrhaging?

With marijuana legalization, the way I see it, it's only a question of when evidence and reason will overcome suspicion and stigma.
