Would it? Civ IV was a lot like Civ III, which got stale. I wanted something new, not just a game with better graphics and minorly fixed gameplay.

I'm excited about nothing anyone has mentioned (except maybe Elemental, but that doesn't seem like something SD is going to be flashing around E3 much).
