I used to go every other day to the rock climbing Gym.  I was climbing 5.9's consistent and some 5.10's and 5.11's.

I had to stop because I wasn't stretching properly and my muscles got really tight and useless.

I know what you mean.  I haven't ran since track ended a month ago, and when I tried running 3 miles I wanted to die.  Hopefully over the summer I'll get back in shape enough to do some 10 mile runs.

My speed record while I was there (and this was a long time ago, Caff might've been there actually) was 6 minutes for a 60-foot wall. Not sure what the difficulty rating was though, so probably not as impressive as it sounds.

You gotta have the difficulty, else it really doesn't sound impressive.

I'm stuck in the 5.8-5.9 plateau of top-roping.

I climb v2's very easily, but can't do thing about v3's. Its kinda confusing, I think my gym just sucks.
