Surf, I don't think anyone expects you or any or all the admins to read all of the threads all of the time when they are posted. That's not realistic.

What I expect from the community manager and admins is that you address clearly bad or abusive behavior when you see it when you are reading normally (cause most of you read many if not most of the threads), and take action when threads are brought to your attention. That is why there is a "report to moderator" button on each post, and PMs. Each member of the community has the obligation to police ourselves and not let this turn into a cesspool, whether that is by addressing issues publicly, privately, or referring them to an admin.

However, I'm always upset when the drama gets deleted before I get a chance to see it.
